REc registration

Registration for Ballistic United recreational soccer fall season will be open from March 1st to June 30th.
After June 30th, an additional $50 fee will be required to register, your son’s name will be put on a wait list and there is no guarantee that he will get a spot on a team.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Have this information before you begin Registration:

• 1)   Player:   name, date of birth, and a copy of your player’s birth certificate*

• 2)  Parents/Guardians:  Parents'/Guardians' names

  • Parents' address(es) - if different, please use the Primary as the address where the player primarily lives
  • Home phone, parents' work phone & parent cell phone numbers
  • Parents’ E-mail addresses
  • Name and phone numbers of a person to notify in an emergency
  • Doctor's name and phone number
  • Head & shoulders photo (highly recommended for competitive players)

  
  
  

3)  Print a copy of the Code of Conduct Form for your records after you have acknowledged and agreed to the policy on line.

For U8 and up a $50 volunteer fee is included in your registration. To receive a refund of that fee indicate your preference of volunteer jobs by checking a box in the on-line registration process. Please obtain and read a Volunteer Program Policy on a tab on the "Parent's Corner" page.

NOTE: Some age groups may not allow you to register online due to teams reaching full capacity. If you find that your age group is closed, please contact the Age Group Coordinator for availability and/or to be placed on a waiting list. Player –  Registration Fees:
U5 – U7……………   $215
U8 – U19 ……………. $280**

* Birth certificates are required for all recreational players new to BUSC.

**Volunteer Fee of $50 included.

Parents will be reimbursed the deposit of $50 after completion, with verification of 4 hours of volunteer work for BUSC.

All reimbursable work will be assigned through our volunteer coordinators.

NOTE: NO 2013 Volunteer Fee's will be reimbursed after December 31, 2013
