BUSC moves into Top 100 Boy’s Soccer Clubs in SoccerWire.com’s rankings!!

The Ballistic United Soccer Club has been awarded a spot in the Top 100 Boys Soccer Clubs in the United States as published by SoccerWire.com.

It is the first time for BUSC to be honored in the prestigious rankings, with the club coming in at No. 94.

A spot among the Top 100 is something BUSC has been working hard to achieve, building a coaching staff that has become the envy of countless other clubs.

“Ballistic United is honored to have been added to the latest edition of SoccerWire’s ranking of the Top 100 Boys Soccer Clubs,” said Tim Ryerson, General Manager of BUSC.  “There are only four clubs listed from the Bay Area so it’s exciting to see our hard work being recognized by these third-party publications.”

SoccerWire’s algorithm measures the competitiveness of each club’s U-15 to U-19 teams, along with other factors including recent US Youth National Team call-ups and season success in the nation’s top leagues.

MLS teams that have academy programs are also included and take up the first 11 spots in the rankings, with the Philadelphia Union taking the top spot, replacing FC Dallas, who had held the No. 1 spot since the monthly rankings began in February of 2020.

On-going coaching additions and technological advances are poised to push BUSC further up in the rankings.
