  • DIRECTOR OF SOCCER. Responsible for 180 athletes, 10 staff coaches, and eight teams. Created and implemented a soccer curriculum for both middle school and high school soccer programs, hired and mentoring of staff coaches, created soccer specific clinics, created goalkeeping curriculum, video/match analysis, present, coach, and evaluate system of play throughout the soccer program.
  • TECHNICAL TRAINER. Responsible for up to 200 high school athletes on both the technical and tactical aspects of the game. Team and match analysis with video assessment, opponent scouting, identifying system of play breakdowns, game day tactical approaches. Mentoring of 12 staff coaches and alumni players. General oversight of four training sessions on a daily basis.
  • HEAD/ASST. COACH. Sixteen years of experience with coaching competitive and noncompetitive soccer teams for both girls and boys. Highest level I have coached at includes a professional development men’s team and the youngest team being a u8 competitive girls’ team.
