Ballistic United is acquiring high quality coaches like the club has collected California state titles over the years.
Brady Taylor has been announced as the latest addition to the stellar staff. He will assume the role of MLS Next Head Coach and Assistant Director of Coaching. He will also be the Director of Youth Development.
Taylor comes to Ballistic from Arizona where he was with the FC Barcelona official residency program in the United States.
At FC Barcelona Taylor worked as a head coach and Director for their Residential program, coming aboard before the programs launch. He helped oversee 16 professional signings in just four seasons.
“We are excited to announce the addition of coach Brady Taylor to our club!” said Ballistic Technical Director Kevin Crow. “Brady will be responsible for implementation of our club technology, execution of our U8-12 technical skill curriculum, and coaching in our MLS Next Division. He brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the club and is eager to help us “raise the bar” across multiple programs!”

Before Taylor’s four-year stint with the Barca organization, he spent a year as the MLS Academy Coach and Director for the San Joaquin Valley Merced Atlas Soccer Academy, a club affiliated with the Seattle Sounders.
Taylor also spent a year as an assistant coach for Stanislaus State in Turlock, after a four-year playing career for the school where he led the team to its best four-year stretch.
He was also the team captain, was selected as an All Far West Regional player. As a youth player he was on a team that captured the California State Cup, then later coached a team to a state title.
