Ballistic staff brings impressive resumes!

One of the goals for the Ballistic United Soccer Club has always been to create the best possible learning environment for the players to be able grow, both as a player and as a person.

In order to provide the best path for the players to develop is to put the best staff in place to guide the players as they move through the program.

“The club has always prioritized and has been successful building a very experienced technical staff,” said Kevin Crow, the Executive Director of Ballistic. “I would rank our current staff as one of the top youth soccer club staffs in the country.”

We feel we have succeeded in that area and wanted to share some of the accomplishments of our talented staff!

Jerry Losson (Director of Coaching, MLSNEXT)

Well known and respected by many through youth soccer circles in the United States, Losson guides the Ballistic MLSNEXT program and has moved it to one of the elite programs in the country.

So respected by others, Losson was appointed by 14 other MLSNEXT programs to represent them in meetings and discussions with MLS leadership.

Brady Taylor (Director of Coaching for Competitive Program)

The new Director of Coaching for the Ballistic Competitive program brings a wealth of experience to Ballistic after we were able to lure him away from the Barca Residency Academy in Arizona.

Among the many strengths Brady brings to Ballistic is his passion for cutting edge video analysis which gives him the ability to break down tape of games and practices to analyze for creative coaching.

He has also worked with and helped develop many professional players over the last 10 years.

Carlos Schulze (Director of Goalkeeping, MLSNEXT/BUSC)

Carlos is a former professional football player with 30 years of coaching at the youth, professional and National Team level.

He is passionate about developing young talent the right way, with great emphasis on the technical side of the game.

 

He is also certified as a personal trainer, allowing his focus to also be on the physical development of the football player.
