Please note the refund policy for the program for which you are requesting a refund. Each program’s policy may be slightly different.

*Note: Competitive programs sign a contract at the beginning of the season committing to the full cost of the program. Refunds are generally not provided unless there are seriously extenuating circumstances and should not be requested via this form.
