Coming off a weekend where Ballistic MLS Next teams went 3-1-2 against teams from LaMorinda and Odyssey (Clovis), the local boys are ready for a weekend showdown with the Sacramento Republic F.C.
The games set for Saturday in Mather (think Sacramento) at a local soccer complex with multiple fields. The Under-17 team takes to the field at 12 noon, with the Under-19 and Under-13 games at 2 p.m. The Under-15 battle is set for 3 p.m., with the final match of the day – the Under-14 game – coming at 4 p.m.
The weekend of October 23-24 saw the Under-14 (2-0), Under-16 (2-1), and Under-19 (3-1) teams come away with wins over LaMorinda. Tne Under-13 team fell 3-0, with all games being played on Oct. 23. The next day saw a pair of ties with the Odyssey teams in Fresno, as the Under-14 team has a 1-1 draw, and the Under-14 team finish 2-2
