Eric Nilius is an experienced soccer professional with extensive coaching and operations experience. Over his 11-year career, he held roles such as Director of Soccer Operations at San Francisco Glens, where he worked with the First Team, MLS Next Academy, and various events. He also served as a Director of Coaching and Coach Educator at Roseville Youth Soccer Club.

Originally from Colorado, Eric has a rich coaching background, including roles with Colorado Rush and Colorado Rapids. He holds a USSF B License and is currently working on his UEFA B License through the Football Association of Ireland.  Eric combines his practical experience to drive soccer excellence at every level.
